Job Overview
Khurana and Khurana (K&K) is a prominent law firm seeking an accomplished Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to bolster its Delhi/Gurgaon-based litigation practice. This role requires minimum 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, with a core focus on arguing diverse civil litigation matters across tribunals and District/High Courts.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in commercial and IP litigation, be comfortable working independently, and be willing to contribute significantly to the growth of the firm's litigation practice in the region through business development and networking mandates.

The colleague will handle allocated litigation mandates comprehensively, involving High Courts and Tribunals like NCLT, NGT, NCDRC, RERA, NBA, and others, including making key arguments before various benches while reviewing drafts prepared by Associates/Senior Associates.

This role demands a deep understanding of CPC and procedural issues pertinent to various forums and tribunals, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
