Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, people management capabilities, and a strong foundation in database management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive business reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive business reports to monitor KPIs, sales trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align reporting outputs with business objectives.
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of data collection, storage, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and innovation.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA from a reputed institution with a focus on analytics, finance, or operations.
  • 1-3 years in business reporting, analytics, or a related field (fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of database management tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven people management skills including managing and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
