Dynamic Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamic Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

  • Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics for various formats, including social media posts, ads, reels, explainers, product demos, banners, and branding assets.
  • Adapt brand guidelines into fresh, platform-specific visual narratives while maintaining consistency across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, strategists, and marketers, to develop cohesive campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI-driven content trends to keep assets innovative and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design and animation principles, including layout, timing, typography, transitions, and color theory. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, is essential. Experience working with AI-assisted design and video tools, such as Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, and Kaiber, is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating both static designs and motion/video content for digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate static visuals into engaging motion content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory prior experience in the digital marketing industry.
