Job Overview

The AI/ML Practice Leader will develop and execute the overall AI strategy, aligning with business objectives. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functionally collaborate to implement AI solutions at scale.
  • Ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for AI innovations that drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20 years IT industry experience with 10+ years in AI/technology and at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in managing technology or AI-driven products/services.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
  • Solid understanding of commercial aspects of AI projects, including cost management and ROI measurement.
  • Experience in scaling AI initiatives and delivering impactful business results.
