We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Faculty member who will be responsible for teaching and guiding students through a comprehensive digital marketing curriculum with a strong focus on practical hands-on learning.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess substantial industry connections to facilitate student internships, placements, and industry exposure along with the capability to teach additional management subjects as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Inspira Knowledge Campus as a Digital Marketing Professor. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver an end-to-end digital marketing curriculum covering essential topics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing curriculum that covers the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Lecture Delivery: Teach digital marketing courses to undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Student Mentorship: Guide students in developing industry-relevant skills such as campaign creation, data analysis, and brand management.
  • Industry Integration: Leverage professional network to bring industry insights, guest speakers, and mentorship opportunities for students.
  • Internship and Job Placements: Assist students in securing quality internships, live projects, and full-time placements in the digital marketing domain.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years in a teaching or mentoring role.
  • Demonstrated industry connections and ability to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms with strong knowledge of analytics, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD or industry certifications (such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred.
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000 based on location and industry standards.
