UI/UX Design Expertise

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design vision, build scalable design systems and deliver intuitive user-centered digital experiences.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for driving design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and implement design strategies that drive user adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into effective designs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular) for better developer collaboration.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
