Production Supervisor – Composite Manufacturing

Are you a production professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee shop-floor operations across various composite manufacturing processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up)
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards
• Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports
• Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety
• Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines
• Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up
