A career in Workday Consulting services offers the opportunity to assist clients in leveraging Workday technology as a tool for enhancing and unifying Human Resources, talent management, and finance.
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration specialist to lead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday cloud application integration with external applications across Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas.
- Lead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications.
- Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base.
- Oversee integration delivery and manage integration development process.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Workday Integration, with relevant experience of 5-6 years in enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, and HRMS. They will also have more than 9 years of experience working in large project implementation support projects.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
