Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our Iron and Steel services to potential clients, leveraging your expertise in marketing and business development to drive growth and success.
This is a full-time position based in India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Iron and Steel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our Iron and Steel services, including identifying target audiences, developing marketing materials, and tracking campaign performance.
- Identify and Engage with Potential Clients: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors, and identify opportunities to engage with potential clients in the Iron and Steel industry.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Create Compelling Marketing Content: Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, that effectively communicate the value of our Iron and Steel services.
- Monitor and Analyze Marketing Metrics: Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Possess a degree in marketing or a related field, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
- Experience in Marketing, Preferably in Iron and Steel Industry: Have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Iron and Steel industry, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Marketing Software: Be proficient in MS Office and marketing software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing techniques.
