Cloud Engineer

As a key player in our technology team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure that meets the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud architecture that is secure, reliable, and efficient.
  • Developing and deploying cloud-based applications using Salesforce configuration.
  • Working closely with the Salesforce Process Architect and IT teams to ensure designs adhere to best practices and are built for scalability.
  • Supporting business product owners in story development to ensure requirements on technical stories are appropriately detailed.
  • Participating in the creation of documentation to ensure that no component or process is a closed system.
  • Optimizing and improving existing Salesforce implementations to achieve maximum benefit from investment.
  • Staying up-to-date with new features added to Salesforce products and aiding the business in regression testing as needed.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
  • 3 years of enterprise experience developing Salesforce.com products.
  • Strong desire to maximize native Salesforce functions and adopt scalability as a core design principle.
  • Experience in Service Cloud Must implementation.
  • Understanding of object-based model, governor limits in Salesforce.
  • Experience in working with async and sync processes.
  • Proficient in advanced admin features such as flows, dynamic forms.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in object-oriented programming, advanced use of Service Cloud, and messaging in apps on web with Einstein bots.
  • Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of Salesforce experience.
  • Deep familiarity with how to troubleshoot integrations and get to the root cause of user issues within Salesforce.
  • Robust experience in Service Cloud features in an operationally critical context.
  • Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Consistently prioritizing safety and security of self and others.
  • Live chat/msg experience must.
  • Flow must (detailed exp, no Lightning Flow).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Exposure to diverse lines of business using Salesforce in different ways.
  • Able to clearly articulate pros and cons of using a particular method to achieve a solution.
  • Unafraid to offer suggestions for more efficient ways to do something.
