Job Title: Nutrition Specialist

A senior-level nutrition specialist is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition and occupational health.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Nutritional Assessments: Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of employees and patients visiting the Occupational Health Center, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary habits.
  2. Diet Plan Design: Design personalized diet plans for employees with lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular conditions.
  3. Dietary Guidance: Provide expert dietary guidance for individuals exposed to occupational risks, high-temperature environments, and physically demanding tasks.
  4. Menu Planning: Plan balanced and nutritious menus for the canteen, ensuring alignment with occupational health and energy needs.
  5. Food Quality Monitoring: Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and portioning in canteens to ensure compliance with nutrition and safety norms.
  6. Counseling: Counsel employees on healthy eating practices to prevent occupational fatigue and lifestyle-related illnesses.
  7. Nutrition Programs: Develop comprehensive nutrition programs to support worker well-being, immunity, and energy levels.
  8. Awareness Sessions: Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and health talks on balanced diet, workplace nutrition, hydration, and stress-related eating.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists in the OHC to ensure holistic patient care.
  10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dietary assessments, menu plans, interventions, and progress for compliance and reporting purposes.
  11. Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and industrial dietary management.
