Financial Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and client relationship management, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and process efficiency across multiple client accounts.

They will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, and payroll journals. Additionally, they will oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations across multiple client accounts.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.
  • Execute regular bank reconciliations and process bank transactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional accounting certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in outsourced accounting roles is required.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding and proven practical application of accounting standards and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based accounting software is preferable.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is essential for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
