About the Role
This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who will work with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely paycheck delivery for all employees. The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of payroll taxes and deductions, as well as experience in managing tax and withholding records and deductions.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
  • Manage tax and withholding records and deductions for federal, state, local, or corporate taxes that affect payroll amounts.
  • Partner with HR team members to coordinate employee compensation updates, new hires, separations, data changes, and approvals.
  • Set up each individual new hire with necessary forms, including direct deposit requests, wage verifications, I-9 information, 401k benefits calculations, and W-4 reports.
  • Perform daily configuration support of the Payroll and Time Tracking modules in Workday.
  • Audit and resolve payroll-related requests within established guidelines.
  • Serve as a payroll liaison when working with cross-functional business teams to translate complex business needs into effective design recommendations, system analysis, and system configuration.
