Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to collaborate with our media team on impactful projects. This role involves developing and implementing advanced analytics models to drive marketing measurement and optimization.

  • Design and implement sophisticated data models to evaluate customer lifetime value, anomaly detection, and media mix modeling.
  • Partner with domain experts to deliver actionable insights, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and drive data-backed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for customer segmentation, clustering, and decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design analytical solutions, and drive performance improvement.
  3. Support the development of predictive models, such as time series forecasting and anomaly detection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a focus on media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and performance optimization.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field with emphasis on quantitative methods.
  • Experience in developing and implementing advanced analytics models, including customer lifetime value, NLP, and Look-Alike models.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is highly desirable.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with classification models, time series forecasting, customer lifetime value models, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI.
  • Preferably from the Retail, eCommerce, or CPG industry.

Skills & Technologies:

  • Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure cloud services, MLOps techniques, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, model monitoring, Power BI, DOMO, Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
