Beauty Advisor Trainer

We are seeking a seasoned Training Manager to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for our Beauty Advisors, field sales teams, and retail partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. A bilingual individual fluent in Hindi and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

This role involves creating multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, videos, and quizzes, as well as running train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows. The Training Manager will also be responsible for setting up learning management systems (LMS), tracking progress, and reporting impact through dashboards.

• 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India TTT programs.
• Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
• Bilingualism in Hindi and English, with excellent facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
• Data-driven approach, with expertise in advanced Excel and familiarity with LMS.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and launches, with high comfort levels for travel.
