Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to fill a critical role as B2B Integrator Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including knowledge of ITXA, Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

This position involves administering and maintaining IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments for reliability, performance, and scalability. Additionally, the successful candidate will design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments for reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
