Key Responsibilities

  1. System Validation & Testing
  • Validate IoT and automation systems in-house prior to deployment.
  • Document and report results with accuracy and completeness.
  1. Deployment & Installation
  • Install and integrate systems at customer sites.
  • Liaise with customer electronics (cameras, PLCs, servers) for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with assembly line systems for smooth operations.
  1. Customer Training & Support
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Provide post-deployment monitoring and ensure system performance.
  1. Maintenance & Team Management
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for deployed systems.
  • Supervise and support remote/field engineers.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and layout diagrams.
  • Ensure complete deployment documentation for each project.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in deploying IoT and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with cameras, PLCs, servers, and industrial electronics.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for on-site projects.
  • Proficiency in wiring diagrams, layout diagrams, and documentation.
