Expert Maintenance Professional

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team in managing the implementation of Asset Reliability Management Program (ARMP) solution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PM module, experience with corrective, preventive, predictive and improvement maintenance, and ability to communicate effectively at various levels.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing ARMP solution using a project management approach along with technical expertise.
  • Managing transformation steps of projects including initial demand collection, books of requirements, request for proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategy of the PM Domain, participate in 5 years plan including architecture concepts, and assess that the transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.
  • Manage a part of the run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and progressive maintenance management in the domain.

Requirements:

  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage.
