Job Summary

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to support product development by providing timely and informed input to stakeholders. Ensuring smooth product launch, the successful candidate will contribute to aligning our product strategy with regulatory requirements.

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying patent litigation and opposition opportunities that add value to our product offering. With a strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations in India, US, and Europe, you will provide expert advice to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

 

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm or M. Pharm) and preferably a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law. A minimum of 8 years' experience with a B. Pharm degree or 6 years' experience with an M. Pharm degree is required. Strong techno-legal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Patent laws are essential.
