We are looking for a highly skilled Databricks PySpark Developer to join our team as a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in building efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data lakes and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Design and develop data processing workflows using Databricks PySpark to efficiently process large volumes of data from heterogeneous sources.

  • Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability, leveraging Databricks PySpark and Spark SQL to ensure robust data quality and reliability.

    \

  • Implement advanced error handling and monitoring mechanisms to proactively detect and resolve issues within data pipelines.

    \

  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business intelligence teams to build and optimize data workflows that support analytics and reporting needs.

    \

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Databricks PySpark, Spark SQL, and related technologies, recommending and implementing best practices and optimizations.

Requirements:\

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ETL developer, with a strong focus on Databricks PySpark development.

    \

  • Proficiency in Python programming, with extensive experience in developing and debugging Databricks PySpark applications.

    \

  • Strong understanding of Spark architecture and internals, with hands-on experience in Spark RDDs, DataFrames, and Spark SQL.

    \

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data pipeline issues.

    \

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
