Our cloud software delivery team is seeking a seasoned leader to drive technical project management in India.

This role demands deep expertise with Python/Django, PostgreSQL, and MySQL to guide technical teams through implementation, debugging, and architectural decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Leadership: Manage multiple squads (contract and full-time), coach teams on best practices, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Shore Collaboration: Align priorities and facilitate smooth handoffs with U.S. engineering and product leaders.
  • Technical Planning & Execution: Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with architects and senior engineers, participate in architecture/design reviews and assist with code reviews and troubleshooting.
  • Agile Delivery Management: Oversee project lifecycle, monitor milestones and proactively resolve risks.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years in software engineering with full-stack development exposure.
  • 5+ years in engineering/project management in distributed/global teams.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from discovery through deployment.
  • Hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
