About the Job

As a cloud engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using big-data technologies.

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using big-data technologies.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models on AWS.
  • Collect and process raw data at scale, including writing scripts and web scraping.
  • Analyze source system data and data flows, working with structured and unstructured data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in big-data technologies, preferably on AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with Spark, Scala, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of data engineering analytics platforms like Hortonworks, Cloudera, or MapR.
  • Experience with data ingestion tools like Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, Sqoop, and Oozie.
  • Strong command of SQL queries and experience with event-driven systems and message queues.
