Job Summary

As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing research projects, leading project teams, and providing guidance to junior colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, 2-4 years of experience in research or professional services, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement research projects by leading project teams and ensuring timely updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Independently conduct research activities, including designing high-quality questionnaires and specifications.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, driving business growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Provide effective coaching to RA and RE colleagues through on-the-job feedback and guide workload planning for efficient project management.

Requirements

  • A degree in any subject and/or relevant professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
