Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex GenAI solutions.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI pipelines.
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions using LLMs and related tools.
  • Manage and mentor junior developers and AI engineers.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions in production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and designers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-6 years of total experience with at least 2+ years in Generative AI.
  • Strong understanding of LLM architecture, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and chaining techniques.
  • Experience building agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.
  • Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
  • Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar LLM APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
  • Ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and mentor peers.
  • Strong communication skills to present technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with MLOps and data engineering principles is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI applications.
  • Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
