About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Security Governance Specialist to join our team at Archroma. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security measures within and outside SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Design & Implementation: Develop and maintain security roles and profiles in SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) to ensure appropriate access controls and compliance with industry standards.
  • User Administration: Manage user access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes, ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Role Management: Create and adjust roles based on business requirements and user needs, ensuring segregation of duties and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Compliance & Audits: Assist in security audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize SAP IAG tools to monitor security incidents, generate reports, and perform risk assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams to resolve security issues and improve security posture.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting Data Management Platforms and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Leadership: Lead AMS partners to ensure all requests under Reporting and Analytics area are on track and delivered on time.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in security management.

About You:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments within Chemical or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Security and authorization or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relative certifications will be favorably considered.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
