About the Role

As a Chief E-commerce Experience Officer, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap for the D2C website, prioritizing features and improvements based on data, customer insights, and business needs.

You will also work closely with our growth and performance marketing teams to improve landing pages, reduce bounce rates, and increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the Product Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the D2C website, incorporating data-driven insights and customer feedback.
  • Technical Deployment: Collaborate with developers at tech agencies or in-house teams to deploy new and existing features, ensuring seamless integrations across the e-commerce funnel.
  • Website Performance: Ensure a fast-loading, mobile-first experience across devices, maintaining overall stability and scalability while growing traffic.
  • Customer Journey & UX: Continuously analyze and improve website usability using heatmaps, user flows, and session recordings, identifying areas for enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with e-commerce tech stacks, such as Shopify.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices for e-commerce.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to work with Shopify apps and familiarity with the platform.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and independently, with effective collaboration skills.
