Job Title: Visual Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

Design & Delivery:
  • Create visually appealing brochures and high-impact documents based on client briefs, showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
  • Develop moodboards and visual references to propose design direction, effectively communicating your vision to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers to provide creative inputs and review collateral to ensure high-quality deliverables meet client expectations.
Quality Management:
  • Offer constructive feedback to designers, addressing errors and areas for improvement in their work.
  • Identify root causes of errors and implement solutions to maintain quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably with a focus on brochure design, editorial, or science clients.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) are essential.
  • Prior experience in creating designs in PowerPoint and/or 3D graphics is an added advantage.
