UI/UX Designer Position

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX designer to join our team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for creating user-centered designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

  1. Create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that balance functionality and aesthetics.
  2. Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  3. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  4. Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Able to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Expertise in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
