Job Title: Sports Coach

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Sports Sessions: Plan and deliver sports sessions that cater to the physical development and enjoyment of children with disabilities.
  • Adapt Standard Sports Activities: Modify standard sports activities to meet the needs and abilities of each child.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other coaches, volunteers, and therapists to create individualized coaching plans.
  • Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing events, competitions, and community outreach programs.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in adaptive sports coaching and attend training sessions as required.
  • Maintenance and Resources: Help maintain equipment and ensure all resources are available for smooth operation.
