UX Engineer Job Description

As a UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and create designs that align with our overall strategy. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality user experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement user interface components using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  2. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  3. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  4. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns.
  5. Communicate design decisions and provide clear explanations of your thought process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of related projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
