Estate Development Manager
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our organization as an Estate Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development of estates from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: You will plan, schedule, and execute estate development projects to meet and exceed targets.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: You will identify key challenges in the project and make data-driven decisions to overcome obstacles and drive results.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution of project plans.
- Leadership and Mentorship: You will provide leadership to the team, mentor junior staff, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: You will constantly seek opportunities to innovate processes, improve efficiency, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Real Estate Sales Experience: 1 year minimum experience in real estate sales.
- Work Location: The role requires working in person.
