Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a crucial role as a Software Test Engineer.

This position involves planning, coordinating and executing testing activities for software releases. The responsibilities include creating test plans, designing test cases, analyzing user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will identify the scope of testing required for a particular release based on requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive test plan in collaboration with the test team and manager.
  • Design and review test cases ensuring thorough coverage.
  • Execute all levels of testing including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Triage and conduct root cause analysis for customer-reported defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a software tester in a reputable IT organization.
  • Proficiency in banking domain knowledge is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn digital banking concepts and adapt quickly.
