Job Description:

Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its capabilities in India with a new Global Capability Center. This center aims to deliver efficient services to clients by scaling client delivery teams and leveraging automation.

The center will focus on driving change and adding value through the collaboration of industry and consulting professionals across multiple domains. It will serve all major markets, including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and work across various industries such as Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Software & Technology, Automotive & Industrials, Hospitality & Leisure, Energy & Natural Resources, and Financial Services.

As the firm embarks on this unique journey, it is actively seeking to build a strong, capable team for the center. The GCC is growing rapidly and is already a 600+ member team.

This position will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: documentation, development, testing, debugging, and support. You will lead the design and development of robust, high-performance web applications using Next.js and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in building and deploying scalable applications and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. They should have a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design, as well as proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end architecture.
