Project Leadership Position

This leadership role involves overseeing the execution of projects from conceptualization to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Management: Responsible for managing projects within stipulated timelines and resources.
  • Metric Tracking: Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements, SOPs, and checklists to enhance project delivery.
  • Talent Development: Foster a high-performing team by developing their skills, optimizing resources, and driving change initiatives.
  • Scope Development: Create project scope, Gantt charts, budgets, and safety plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols and industry best practices.
Collaboration and Support
  • Troubleshooting: Support teams in resolving installation-related issues.
  • BOM Submission: Ensure accurate and timely submission of Bills of Materials to the Procurement team.
  • RMS Support: Collaborate with the RMS team to resolve critical issues related to DGPD & ZFD selection and configuration.
  • Cost Optimization: Regularly track major costs to optimize project expenses.
  • WBS Updates: Ensure 100% of Projects WBS updates are done in ERP on a regular basis.
Design and Engineering Expertise
  • Design Assistance: Provide design and engineering support for distributed projects.
  • Cost Minimization: Optimize design to reduce material costs.
  • Design Validation: Validate designs, identify constraints, and provide corrective actions.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
Client and Vendor Engagement
  • Client Meetings: Conduct need-based client meetings, vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination.
  • Vendor Management: Empanel, develop, and manage execution vendors for flawless project execution.
  • ESG Compliance: Ensure ESG compliance by vendors.
  • Safety Training: Provide necessary safety training to vendors for incident-free project execution.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP.
  • Accessibility: Ensure files are easily accessible on Drive, maintaining proper checklist/documentation.
  • Standards Adherence: Adhere to standards/guidelines issued by regulatory bodies.

18-22 years of experience required.
