Test Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong experience in leading quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual & automation testing processes, team management, and project handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive testing strategies and test plans to ensure thorough test coverage.
    • Design test cases aligned with functional, business, and system requirements.
    • Maintain test schedules, resource planning, and test data management.
  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers.
    • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
    • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to uplift team productivity.
  •   Communication:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure test alignment.
    • Communicate test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Execution & Quality Assurance:
    • Execute manual test cases and report results.
    • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
    • Drive root cause analysis and collaborate with the development team for defect resolution.
  •   Standards:
    • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and test evidence for audit purposes.
  • Improvement:
    • Monitor and improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools for efficiency.
    • Conduct retrospectives and implement process improvements based on feedback and testing experience.
  • Environment & Data Management:
    • Oversee test environment setup and maintenance.
    • Manage test data creation and maintenance for different test scenarios.
