Investment Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Associate to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

The role will involve conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry deep-dives on startups and private companies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions, preparing investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal committees, and tracking portfolio company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on startups and private companies.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal committees.
  • Track portfolio company performance, KPIs, and prepare monitoring dashboards.
  • Assist with due diligence (financial, operational, and market).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
