Frontend Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Lead with expertise in Angular, React, and modern frontend technologies to lead our team's architecture and development of scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Closely collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Ensure state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.
  • Maintain efficient frontend build pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Establish coding standards and enforce best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
