Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Production Support Consultant. This role involves ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of Xceptor workflows in production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Xceptor, a leading data automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Xceptor workflows, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents.
  • Monitor production schedules proactively and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, including workflow failures, data anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Investigate root causes of incidents, document findings, and implement preventive solutions.
  • Work closely with development and platform teams to manage code deployments, environment issues, and configuration changes.
  • C coordinate with business users during issue resolution, communicate incident statuses, and manage expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any technical area with at least 8 years of overall experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Xceptor application support, preferably in financial services or data processing domains.
  • Strong understanding of production support practices, including incident, problem, and change management (e.g., ITIL framework).
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and log inspection.
  • Good understanding of file handling, APIs, and scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M).
