About the Position:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability by proactively identifying potential issues, implementing preventive measures, and enhancing system resilience.
  • Automation expertise is crucial in building tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • A key aspect of the role involves solving complex problems at scale through root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • To optimize performance, the selected candidate will apply programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages, hands-on experience designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines, strong incident response & problem-solving mindset, ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation, familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration.
