Job Title: Peoplesoft Application Developer

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing Peoplesoft applications, with a strong focus on PeopleTools and Application Designer. A solid understanding of the Peoplesoft HCM product suite is essential, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, adhering to development standards.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve production issues.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Peoplesoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
