Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless compliance with various regulations, including Companies Act, IRDAI, SEBI, and ICSI Secretarial Standards. They will also prepare comprehensive agendas, documents, and minutes for Board, Committee, and shareholders' meetings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including minutes, secretarial documents, and other essential files.
  • Closely monitor and update policies, including those mandated by the Companies Act and SEBI.
  • Draft and administer ESOP schemes, manage share transfer requests, and ensure website disclosures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for information assimilation and shareholder reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices.
  • A proven track record of managing IPO and listing processes from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

XpertReach offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
