Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Our team is looking for a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our ranks. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in software testing, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to product defects and bugs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide timely updates on testing progress and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and other testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with agile software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, and OpenShift.
