The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Compliance Leader to join our team. What You Will Do- Develop and implement effective cybersecurity compliance programs that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with our products and services.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure that our programs remain compliant.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement incident response plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
