Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data from internal documents into the client platform, reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, and collaborating closely with the Account and PM teams.


The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a high level of accuracy. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt to change in direction and process.


Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from internal documents into the client platform with high accuracy.
  • Review and verify data before entry to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account and PM teams to achieve project goals.
  • Follow a strict schedule and maintain multiple projects updated in TACTPlan.
  • Identify any discrepancies and communicate them to the PMO.
  • Pull weekly reports from TACTPlan and transfer them to an internal template.
  • Cross-reference information in TACTPlan with internal fee rec documents and flag any differences.
  • Support with additional account-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of agency business operations.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a corporate office role preferably in the United States.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to change in direction and process.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal.
