Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Assistant to join our team.

  • This role involves assisting with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with our management to ensure accurate billing and timely receipt of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor outstanding invoices.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoicing and payment activities.
  • Assist with reconciling accounts receivable.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and payment status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
