Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our end-to-end procurement process. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • End-to-End Procurement Management: Oversee the entire procurement cycle, including vendor confirmation, auto PO fixation, rush orders, vendor master data management, expediting, e-sourcing, and service master agreement creation.
  • Global Sourcing: Partner with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services, working closely with internal teams to meet material timing requirements.

Price Analysis:

  • Supplier Pricing: Analyze supplier pricing to ensure alignment with company expectations or recommend necessary adjustments to master data files.

Supplier Coordination:

  • Timely Delivery: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, communicating any delivery issues proactively with internal teams.
  • Delivery Delays: Advise internal teams of any delivery delays, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Purchase Requisitions and Vendor Sourcing:

  • Review Purchase Requisitions: Identify suitable sources for supply and optimize procurement processes, streamlining costs and improving efficiency.
  • Service Master Agreements: Create service master agreements using e-sourcing tools to negotiate contract terms and manage vendor relationships.

Negotiation:

  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Secure cost savings through effective negotiation on pricing, payment terms, and conditions, driving business value.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a Team: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring efficient operations and achieving team goals.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Publish Reports: Share weekly and monthly insights (SLA dashboards, MIS reports, PowerPoint presentations) with supervisors, providing visibility into procurement performance.
  • Timely Payments: Collaborate with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain payment adherence, minimizing late payments.

Purchase Order Creation in SAP:

  • Create and Manage Purchase Orders: Ensure proper documentation and tracking in SAP, maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.

Expediting Orders:

  • Expedite Orders as Needed: Guarantee timely delivery of goods and services, expediting orders when necessary to meet customer requirements.
