Job Position: Welder & Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform SMAW, MIG, TIG, FCAW, or SAW welding based on project requirements.
  • Weld structural steel components such as beams, columns, base plates, stiffeners, etc.
  • Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications).
  • Ensure weld quality as per ASME / AWS / IS / EN standards.
  • Conduct fit-up, tack welding, and final welding as per approved procedures.
  • Work with QA/QC team for weld inspection, NDT clearance, and rework if required.
  • Maintain tools, welding machines, and housekeeping in the work area.
  • Adhere to safety standards (use of PPE, fire watch, hot work permits, etc.).
Requirements:
  • ITI Diploma
  • 2–7 years of experience in industrial fabrication or construction.
  • Valid Welding Certifications (ASME/AWS/IS preferred).
  • Ability to work from fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces or at height.
  • Knowledge of materials (CS, SS, alloy steel, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding principles and practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
