System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle.

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications.
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth.
  • Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity.
  • Document IT processes (change management, incident response, disaster recovery) in line with ISO and ITIL frameworks.

You will work alongside industry leaders, support mission-critical systems, and grow into emerging fields like automation, bots, and AI integration in enterprise IT.
