Job Title

Audit and Compliance Associate Manager plays a vital role in ensuring multi-region operations maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in audit, tax, and compliance. They should have hands-on experience managing month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Statutory Audits with External Professionals: Lead statutory audits across all group entities, ensuring timely completion and minimal audit observations.
  • Oversee Month-End Closure of Books: Lead month-end closing procedures for all entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for different regions in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Manage Tax Compliance: Prepare and review corporate filings, including GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
