Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Gen AI Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and building cloud-native systems, as well as expertise in AI/ML architecture and model deployment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop GenAI models for real-world use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, document summarization, intelligent workflows).
    • Build scalable software applications using .NET Core Web APIs, Angular/React frontends, and Azure-native tools.
    • Develop AI accelerators including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated solutions.
    • Create and iterate on proof-of-concepts (PoCs) aligned with business use cases.
  • Architecture & Delivery:
    • Define and evolve the Gen AI roadmap for SDLC integration.
    • Architect event-driven, cloud-native systems using Azure tools and messaging services like Kafka/Event Grid.
    • Implement robust CI/CD, security, and code quality practices (e.g., SonarQube, guiderails, IaC with Bicep/ARM).
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work alongside fellow architects to align technical strategy with enterprise goals.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflows into intelligent, automated solutions.
    • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and troubleshoot high-priority issues across the stack.
    • Present GenAI solutions and ROI in customer architecture review boards (ARBs).
